Privacy Policy
Overview
Stamp Collector is an offline-first philately simulation. We designed the game so your collection progress stays on your device. This policy describes what the app accesses and how that information is used.
Data we collect
We do not operate user accounts and we do not collect personal profiles on our servers. Game progress (coins, stamps, albums, settings including language preference) is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad using on-device storage.
Optional device permissions
- Camera — used only if you choose Reference Tools to scan a stamp for your personal catalog notes. Images are not uploaded by the app.
- Photo Library — used only when you attach a reference image from your library to your collection notes.
- Microphone — used only if you record a short exhibit clip in Reference Tools. Audio stays on device unless you export it yourself.
You can deny any permission; core gameplay does not require camera, photos, or microphone.
Third parties
The game does not embed third-party advertising SDKs or analytics trackers in the current version. If you download the app from the Apple App Store, Apple may process purchase and device data under Apple’s own privacy policy.
Children
Stamp Collector is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own services.
Changes
We may update this policy when features change. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.

Is the game online?
No. Stamp Collector runs offline after install. Market, mail, and auctions advance with in-game days — no server login required.
How do I reset progress?
Open Settings (gear icon) from any main screen and tap Reset Progress. This clears local save data on your device.
Why does the app ask for camera or microphone?
Only for optional Reference Tools (scanning, library attachments, short exhibit clips). Decline the permission and the rest of the game works normally.
Refunds
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. Visit Report a Problem or Apple Support for billing issues.
Change language
In-app: Settings → Language. Available: English, Russian, Portuguese (Brazil), Ukrainian, Arabic, German, French, Hindi.
